Snatching Victory from the Jaws of Lucy

I was pretty happy with the way this sock turned out, except for the cuff, which was too loose, and the heel, for the colors. Lucy chewed on just those areas. With the advice and encouragement of the Yarn Lounge wunderknittichers Melanie and Stewart, I reknit the cuff with 000 needles instead of 0's, and constructed an afterthought heel. The new version is modeled by Asia, who is a houseguest this week.

Could you hear me talking the computer saying, "NO-NO-oh No"? It's good that you could repair it. The very same thing happened to my friend Sue with her dog. His name is Roy. It's a hoot to listen to her talk about his misadventures with her rugs, knitting and anything with cardboard. I have been lucky so far that I have not had any mishaps with dogs eating my stuff because I don't know if I could do as good a repair job as you did!

Oh my gosh. That looks and sounds like my Princess.
If its not nailed down and if it fits in her month she figures it is hers.
She grabbed my just carded fleece this morning! I was able to save it thank goodness!
